We stumbled upon this wonderful surprise while visiting the windmills at Golden Gate Park. Try the Spicy Tuna Poke Nachos and the Mavericks Margarita at the bar in the brewery. Ask for Carlos! Best bartender!! Perfect afternoon!

Beach chalet is one of our go-tos for a nice meal with a view! There's a parking lot and street parking. Good cocktails and meals with good portions. Depending on the time of day it can definitely be busy but try to get seated by the windows for a nice sunset view during dinner. We got the calamari, lobster roll, and carbonara and we could barely walk out of the restaurant since we were so full. The vibe at Beach chalet is simple-- date nights, family dinners, group outings with live music. Will definitely be back sometime soon!

Me and my family came from Yosemite and this was the first place we stopped for lunch. While at lunch, we were served by Carlos at the bar, he was super nice, enjoyed listening to our stories from our trip, and was overall a wholehearted person. I would recommend anyone to get a nice bite to eat, then head on down to the gardens/patio!

A little behind with this review. Went as part of a group of four on 4/22/24. I was up for prime rib, so it had to be on a Monday (the only day it's served). If not for the company it would have been the best date night experience in 38 years when I did that sort of thing back when I was single. The ambiance was just perfect....the sun was setting in the distance and there was entertainment that did not drown the dining experience. My wife had the fish and chips with slaw. I had the prime rib. The images should speak for themselves as for the portions. How does one ruin fish and chips? Well the Chalet sure did not. Tender and moist fish with a crispy crust. My wife said it was the best. As for the prime rib, IMHO it was as good as my experience at House of Prime Rib on Van Ness in SF if not a tad better. Reservations are a must.

This place is soooo fun! My friend wanted to check out the brewery (yes they make their own beer inside of here!) We came for a beer and a quick bite. I ended up having a glass of their Mirabelle sparkling rose but found out if you get a beer, they give you a glass to go! So I got a beer too hah! The burrata was delicious. We knew the place would be pricey, I mean, it's SF and look at the view and location, but it's an experience more than anything, and we enjoyed it! P.S. I need to go back for another beer and take home glass

Came here to celebrate a birthday and Father's Day a week early. Purchased gift cards from Costco ahead of time to use this day. The scenery of Ocean Beach is a good view as the weather was nice. Sat by the window and it got a little hot without ventilation. The food was brought in a timely manner considering there was a private party that day. The customer service was straightforward and friendly. Would recommend this for the tourist looking for some seafood on the pricey side with a oceanfront view. Would probably only come back once in a while to treat myself.
